Our first time to Japan our first onsen experience at Fukinomori. We are overwhelmed by the beauty of Japan. The people, the scenery, hospitality, attention to detail, the exclusive packaging. One of the things we loved the most in Japan was the food. Especially the carefully and beautifully prepared meals at Hotel Fukinomori.

I have many food restrictions and the hotel went out of their wat to accommodate them. The food was excellent. Love the room and the onsen and the view.

Japanese food is amazing, transportation is decently easy to use once you know what you are doing and everyone is super nice. Love all the history and culture in Japan. Especially love the small shops and restaurants and their kind owners and staff.

53年ぶりで再訪した妻籠宿・馬籠宿、良かった。

わらじを買ったお店は、今もありました。カンドウ！！

1971年、第3回フォークジャンボリーに行った会場もなつかしかった。

Walking the Nakasendo from Magome to Tsumago was magical and beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring the many shrines and dumplings and coffee at a small shop in Tsumago.

We are hiking from Mitake to Nari on the Nakasendo. Lovely scenery, well kept track, interesting history of the 69 stations, great accommodation both historic and modern fantastic food.
