Very nice hotel – happy we stayed here. Perhaps nice if you had a bar area and an information pack in English in the room for walks + bus time.

It seemed special hotel, in a special place, with a special dinner.

1. There is no English!!! Not in the room (how to operate the air condition) not in the store (what to buy?) etc.
2. All kind of shoes and socks are in the same size! Ireally suffer wearing them

Beautiful rooms, superior meals beautifully presented boll at dinner and breakfast. Private onsen an advantage for couples. We definitely enjoyed looking at the stars together.

It would be much bathes to be much quiets in the dining room. Large groups should not be mixed with quiet couples.

How kind people are. The beauty of the mountains. Hotel Fukinomori was such a wonderful place to stay. The onset experience, our first time was delightful.
