The variety and quality of the food has been amazingin each of the cities/ towns we visited. The Fukinomori is among the most serene places I have ever been. Loved staying here

We have had a fabulous stay here at Hotel Fukinomori. Beautiful setting and rooms, wonderful food, the outdoor hot tub is wonderful after a walk from Magome to Tsumago. Thanks all staff

Japanese people are so nice and welcoming
Japanese culture is very different than ours
Japan is so clean and tidy and the landscape is beautiful
The food is very different. We tried many strange things
It is very easy to get around Japan; both by train and car
